Workflows; built-in Workflow Summary Page Script now displays Account Monitor Categories

The built-in Workflow Summary Page Script used on the Workflows form, Task Manager and Accounts form, Workflows page now displays the Account's Monitor Categories in the 'Account' block.

NOTE: The 'Account' block is not shown when this page is summarising information for the Accounts form, Workflows page.
