Task Manager; Do not display a confirmation message when completing a single task.

1. If 1 task is selected to 'Complete' a confirmation message will no longer be displayed if the task can be completed, but if the task cannot be completed then a message will still be displayed.

2. If multiple tasks are selected to 'Complete' a single confirmation message will still be displayed.
