Logs forms; View Document action added

A "View Document" action has been added to all Log forms.

This action is available if the Log has a Document File Name specified or if the Account, Client or User Document has embedded HTML document information.

If the Log has both embedded HTML and a Document File Name specified then the Document specified in the Document File Name field will be opened.

This action is not enabled when editing the Log.
