Task Manager; built-in Task Summary Script updated

The build in Task Summary Script (SummaryPage_TaskManagerTasks_TaskSummary) has been updated to display Account Type for 'Account Quote Outstanding' and 'Account Ready to Open' type Tasks and also to display Notes in the same format as the other information (unless Notes are multi-line in which case they are shown in a separate block).
