Account Types; Revolving Credit Loans should not allow a "Loss Formula" of "NZ CCCFR Formula 1"

Revolving Credit Loan Account Types no longer allow a "Loss Formula" of "NZ CCCFR Formula 1". This is because Revolving Credit Loans do not have a Maturity date.

Note, this applies to both the Close and Refinance Loss Formula options.
