HTML Widgets; Standard "visibility" fix added to prevent CSS glitch when first loading

A number of HTML Widgets had not been updated to prevent a visual glitch which could cause the widget styling to be wrong when it was first loading.

The Widgets have been updated with our standard fix which is to apply a "visibility:hidden" style to the frmMain div tag.
