Banking Interface; Monoova; PayTo Agreement validation updated

The Monoova Banking Interface service validation for PayTo Agreements has been updated.

If the Payment Term Type is Usage Based, then one of Amount or Maximum Amount must be specified. Additionally, Amount and Maximum Amount cannot be the same.

If the Payment Term Type is Variable, then one of Amount or Maximum Amount cannot be the same.
