Experian (New Zealand) Credit Bureau; added support for the Consumer Enquiry and Quotation Seeker products

A new Credit Bureau service 'Experian NZ' has been added to Cost Centres.

NOTE: this is a replacement of the existing illion (NZ) service which will be removed by Experian in the future.

This new service has two new products:

• Consumer Enquiry
• Quotation Seeker

Using Cost Centres, the following options and defaults can be applied to the enquiries:

• Negative or Comprehensive
• Include Ministry of Justice fines data
• Note, this does not apply to Quotation Seeker
