Help About form; Database tab; New "Web Services" section added

The "About finPOWER Connect" form (displayed by clicking the link at the bottom of the User menu), Database page now has a "Web Services" section. This displays the current Web Services version which, in theory, should match the finPOWER Connect Cloud version shown on the General page.

However, since finPOWER Connect Cloud can connect to different versions of Web Services, showing the version may provide important support information.
