Support Information; Database Information; Reporting Database added

If the Global Settings, Reporting, "Use a special Reporting Database?" option is checked, then the Reporting Database connection string will now be shown under the "Database Information" section of Support Information.

Additionally, if the "Use a special Reporting Database?" option is checked, but the Reporting Database is not defined, then a Warning will be displayed at the bottom of the "Database Information" section of Support Information.

Information text will also be shown if the "Use a special Reporting Database?" option is checked and the "All Reports" or "All Queries" options are not checked on the Global Settings, Reporting page.
