HTML Widgets; Data and Credit Bureau; Widgets updated to correctly handle multiple warnings

Previously in the Data and Credit Bureau HTML Widgets, if multiple warnings occurred when performing the enquiry, the warnings would not be displayed correctly. This has been fixed so that the warnings now display as intended.
