Information Import, Identification Type; Import fails with a "Failed to Import Information" Error

When attempting to import Identification Types using the File, Import/ Export Information, Import Information form it may fail with a "Failed to Import Information" error.

This has been fixed and you can now successfully import Identification Types using the "Import Information" form.

Note: The specific error may vary depending on the Database type. I.e. MS Access, SQL Server, etc.
