Client, Send SMS action; may show blank Branch and incorrect Cost Centre

When sending an SMS message via the Client actions menu, the Branch shown in the SMS Message drilldown form may be blank rather than the Branch defined on the Client. This occurs where the User Preference, Clients group, General page, Branch is not defined.

This, in turn, can cause the incorrect Cost Centre the SMS Message will be charged to to be displayed.
