Support Information; Web Services Base URL; Web Services Version was incorrect if the Status was unsuccessful

The Web Services Version displayed in the Web Services Base URLsection of the Support Information report would appear as HTML and have no meaning if the connection status was unsuccessful.

This has been fixed, and now without a Successful connection status, the Web Services Version information will be hidden.
