Business Layer; finQueue; Duplicate function now clears the Queue Id
The finQueue Duplicate function will now clear the QueueId.
Additionally, if the Duplicate function fails (returns False) then the current error will be extended with the standard duplication failure error message: "Failed to Duplicate Queue".
