Credit Bureau; CentrixNZ; Biometric Summary Page report updated to show differences

The CentrixNZ Biometric Summary Page report has been updated to display warnings for any differences between the Client, or Applicant, data and the data sent to the service.

These warnings will be displayed at the bottom of the "Customer Data Supplied" block. This block now also displays Gender information.

The following built-in Summary Page has been updated:
