Global Settings; Database; New button to "Clear Latest Version Used record" and also audit when this is cleared or updated

finPOWER Connect databases can be open in any compatible version of finPOWER Connect, e.g., 4.00 databases can be opened in 4.00.01 and 4.00.03.

If a User is signing in using, say, 4.00.01 and the database has been opened by another User using version 4.00.03, the User (Administrator Users only) will receive the warning:

WARNING: This database has been opened in version 4.00.03 of finPOWER Connect.

A new "Clear Latest Version Used record" button has been added to the Global Settings form, General, Database page. This clears the record of the latest version used and therefore stops Administrator Users from receiving a warning message.

Clearing this record is audited and this can be viewed on the Auditing, Audit page. Audit records have a Key of "LatestVersionUsed".

NOTE: In a change from earlier versions, whenever this record is updated, i.e., a User has opened the database in a later version, an Audit record is written.
