Service Log Cleanse; updated to only allow Credit Enquiry and Bank Account Enquiry Service Logs to be cleansed

The Service Log Cleanse facility has been updated to only allow Credit Enquiry and Bank Account Enquiry Service Logs to be cleansed.

Other Service Logs, e.g. PPSR Transactions, could previously be cleansed - but this may cause various messages to be displayed in the User Interface which is not desirable.
