Audit pages now display summary and grid dates in the configured database Time Zone

Audit pages on forms such as Account and Client now show grid dates in the configured database Time Zone. Previously, the caption above the grid indicated this was how they were displayed but, they were not.

To keep things consistent, the Date in the summary to the right of the grid is now also shown in the database Time Zone. This summary is shared between desktop and finPOWER Connect Cloud; only finPOWER Connect Cloud will show the Time Zone date.
