HTML Widgets; Client Identification Item; "Scan 'Main' Image for Text" button shows multiple eye icons when hovered over

The Client Identification Item widget shows a "Scan 'Main' Image for Text" button if OCR is configured, and the Identification Type allows text scanning, e.g., a NZ Drivers Licence.

When the mouse hovered over this button, it showed multiple eye icons instead of a single icon to the left of the caption.
