HTML Widgets; User Dashboard; Account Applications grid was shown even if not licenced for Account Applications

Previously the Account Applications grid on the "Quotes & Applications" tab of the "User Dashboard" HTML Widget was always shown, even if the database is not licenced for Account Applications.

This has been fixed so that the Account Applications grid is hidden if not licenced for Account Applications or if there are no Applications in the Database. Additionally, the caption of the "Quotes & Applications" tab will only display as "Quotes" if the grid is hidden.
