New Company wizard; added "Bank Interface" to modules to initialise

In the New Company wizard. Modules page, "Bank Interface" has been added to the modules to initialise.

In Australia and New Zealand, if checked, will create the Document:

• BIEDDR.ED
• 'Ezidebit eDDR Email'.
• This document is designed to be emailed to the Client so they can fill out the eDDR form online.
