Global Settings; General; User Interface; License check removed for User Interface Script

Previously a database must have been licensed for Page Sets in order to change the Global Settings, General, User Interface, "Specify a Script to tweak various User Interface elements and functionality" Script.
Additionally, "User Interface" was excluded from the Object dropdown on the General Page of the Script Form if a database was not licensed for Page Sets.

This license check has been removed making Object Events, User Interface Scripts always available.

To support this change, the sample Template Code for Object Events Scripts, with target Object of "User Interface", has been updated. The "Run Page Set Test" in the "AccountGetCustomMenu" Event will now exclude the "Run Page Set Test" sample action if the database is not licensed for Page Sets.
