Account Save; may incorrectly ask user if they wish to discharge the Financing Statement (NZ)

Under some scenarios, when saving an Account, the User may incorrectly be asked "The Security Statement is a Registered Financing Statement, but there are no longer any valid items. Do you want to discharge the Financing Statement?'"

This occurs under this scenario:

• The Account is edited.
• The Security page is loaded.
• There is no related Security Statement or the Security Statement is not registered (e.g. discharged).
• The user clicks "Save".
