SMS Documents; SMS Message; Message Max Length not being set when using the new Messaging Interface

Previously, when sending a SMS document via the "Execute Document Wizard" (i.e. Admin, Documents, Run Document). If using the "New Messaging Interface", the Max Length of the SMS Message was always set to 160.

This has been fixed, and the Max Length of the SMS Message will now be dependent on the SMS Service being used.
