HTML Widgets; New Individual Client; Pages now hidden based on User Permissions

Previously, a User could enter information on pages they didn't have Permissions for.

The following pages will now be hidden based on the relevant User Permissions:

• Contact Methods
• Client.ContactMethods.Add
• Identification
• Client.IdentificationItems.Add
• Employments
• Client.Employments.Add
• Statistics
• Client.StatisticsSets.Add
• BankingDetails
• Client.BankAccounts.Add

Additionally, the "Contact details" and "Postal Address" sections on the "Name & Details" page will be hidden based on the Client.ContactMethods.Add and Client.ContactAddresses.Add permissions respectively.
