Archiving an Account could fail due to a GL Export error even if the database is not configured to use GL Export

Attempting to archive an Account may have produced the following error, even if the database was not configured to use the GL Export:

Cannot archive an Account with Transactions that have NOT been exported to General Ledger.

This has been fixed, and now this message will only be produced if the database is configured to use the GL Export.
