Files page; New column "Type" and "Type Icon" added to Files grid

On the Files page of various forms, e.g. Account, new columns "Type" and "Type Icon" have been added to the Files grid.

This provides a more user friendly guide to the type of file, rather than having to refer to the file extension.

The following Types are currently shown:

• Document
• Text Document
• PDF Document
• HTML Document
• Spreadsheet
• Image
• Mail Message
• CSV File
• JSON File
• XML File
• Script
