Cost Centres; updated Tooltips for Equifax Australia

The following Tooltips on the Cost Centre form, Equifax AU page, Options tab have been updated:

• VedaScore Apply "Scorecard List"
• Added as "Define an Information List containing Scorecards for Vedascore Apply. Leave blank to omit Scorecards."
• VedaScore Apply "Scorecards"
• Added as "A comma separated list of scorecards to default (from the Information List defined above)."
• ScoreSeeker Options and Defaults heading
• Tooltip removed.
• ScoreSeeker "Scorecards"
• Tooltip updated to "A comma separated list of scorecards to default. A list of score cards can be found in the 'EquifaxAUScoreSeeker' system Information List."
