HTML Widgets; Actioning Workflow Items; "Document" Item Types will no longer attempt to set Outcomes

HTML Widgets which use the finBL.HtmlWidgetUtilities.WorkflowItemComplete function to action Workflow Items will no longer attempt to set an Outcome for "Document" Type Workflow Items.

Previously this resulted in a misleading error message which will no longer occur.
