Task Manager 2; Quick Search folders; Now shows a clear message and notification if a folder exceeds it's limit

When running under finPOWER Connect desktop, it wasn't clear when a Quick Search folder (previously limited to 200 items) had exceeded the it's limit.

In finPOWER Connect Cloud, a popup notification was briefly displayed but could be easy to miss.

The blank tip on the grid filter box now displays a message if the limit has been excedded, e.g.:

Maximum folder size exceeded. Grid will only show the first 200 items.
