HTML Widgets; Outgoing Communication; "Call" button now displays more reliably

Selecting a phone number in the At: list of the Outgoing Communication HTML Widget would not always display the Call button if the Contact Method did not use one of the following Short Descriptions:

• Phone
• Mobile
• Work

This was incorrect, and now the Call button will be displayed for all Contact Methods configured as Phone, or any manually entered phone number which finPOWER Connect determines is a valid phone number. This removes any reliance on the Short Description to determine if the selected value is a phone number or not.
