Database Purge; add options to purge PPSR Search results

The Database Purge has been updated as follows.

The option to "Clear Service Log Request/ Response details" has been removed.

A new option to "Purge PPSR Search Service Logs" has been added.

Previously, old PPSR Search Service Logs that were linked back to a Client Log were not purged. These Service Logs are now purged, and the link from the Client Log is removed. Note the Client Log will remain.
