Database Purge; new option to purge Bank Account Suspense Items

A new option has been added to the Database Purge facility to purge Bank Account Suspense Items.

Separate dates can be specified for Deleted vs Non-Deleted Items.

Note; a Bank Account Suspense Item will not be deleted if:

• It has been allocated to an Account and created a Bank Transaction
• It has been included in a Lodgement
• It has been exported to General Ledger
