Client Connect Sample Portal; Account; Transactions View has been redesigned

The transactions listing of the Account page of the Client Connect Portal has been redesigned. Previously, this used the Grid HTML Widget control, however this did limit customisation in the context of the Portal. This has been removed and replaced with Transaction listings better suited to the Portal, and will allow for easier customisation where required.

As well as the redesign, the ability to filter transactions between dates and Element Types has been added.
