"Show Manager?" option added to Global Settings, General, Summary Pages

A new option, Show Manager?, has been added to Global Settings, General, Summary Pages. When checked, the Manager will be displayed in Account, Account Application, Client and Security Statement Summary Pages. This includes Quick Search Summaries.

Note: Branch has also been added to the Security Statement Quick Search Summary as it was previously missing. This will only show if the Show Branch? option is checked. Similarly, Branch, Department, Dealer and Broker have also been added in addition to Manager to the Account Application Quick Search Summary.
