Cost Centre List Report; May stop with an "unexpected error occurred running Report" error

The Cost Centre List Report may stop with the following error "An unexpected error occurred running Report 'Cost Centre List'. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.".

This can occur if you are not licenced for the Advanced Messaging Addon.
