HTML Widgets; Account Payment; Manual Allocations page was not factoring in Fees

If a fee had been set when processing an Account Payment via the HTML Widget, attempting to manually allocate would fail, as the expected total was excluding the Fee, which was incorrect.

This has been fixed, and now the Fee will be considered in the total to pay.
