HTML Widgets; Accounts Breakdown Widget updated to include prepaid values

A new Checkbox parameter "Include Pre-paid values in Overdue/ Contractual columns?" has been added to the Accounts Breakdown Widget. If checked, pre-paid values will be included in the Overdue and Contractual columns. If un-checked, then the Widget will behave as it did previously.
