SMS Messaging; added new service Kudosity (Burst SMS)

A new SMS Messaging service "Kudosity (Burst SMS)" has been added.

Note, this requires the Advanced Messaging Add-On.

This service supports Delivery Reports and Replies (where available) via webhook callbacks. This requires the Web Services and Automation Add-On as well as a properly configured Web Server.
