Shutdown Warnings; added option to show a warning if Account Processes haven't been run within the last 24 hours
A new shutdown warning has been added where Account Processes haven't been run in the last 24 hours.
To enable, check "Show a warning if Account Processes haven't been run in the last 24 hours?" found under User Preferences, Tasks & Workflows group, Startup/Shutdown Warnings page.
If Account Processes have not been run within the last 24 hours a warning "Please ensure Account Processes have been run." will then be shown when the database is closed.
Note, Loan and Deposit processing is separately checked, i.e. if you run Account Processes for Loans but not Deposits this warning will still appear.
The following functions have been added to the finPOWER Connect Business Layer:
- finAccountFunctions.GetAccountProcessesLastUtcDateDeposit
- finAccountFunctions.GetAccountProcessesLastUtcDateLoan
- finAccountFunctions.SetAccountProcessesLastUtcDateDeposit
- finAccountFunctions.SetAccountProcessesLastUtcDateLoan
These can be used to update and check the last UTC Dates that Account Processes were run.
