Scripts; Getting template Text for "Summary Page" and "HTML Report" type Scripts now returns blank text

Summary Page and HTML Report type Scripts have been obsolete for a long time.

The template text that could be pasted on the Scripts form, Script Code page will now return blank text for these types of Script.
