Quick Search 2; Not matching Bank Account numbers that were 8 characters long

Quick Search 2 would only match Bank Account numbers that were 9 or more characters long.

Australian Bank Account numbers could be 8 characters.

NOTE: Bank Accounts are only available for searching if Global Settings, General, Search has the "Include Bank Account and Credit Card numbers?" option checked.
