HTML Widgets; Log Edit form; Log date is not mandatory and now defaults to the current date and time when the Log is saved if left blank

The Log Edit form HTML Widget has been updated so, if the Log date is left blank, it defaults to the current date and time (and the current User's configured time zone) upon saving.

Previously, if these fields were cleared, an error would occur when the User tried to save the Log, .e.g.:

Failed to save Client Log.

Log Date not specified.
