Account Payment Arrangement Advice; updated "Length of Loan" to use Payment frequency (if possible)

The Account Payment Arrangement Advice has been updated so that the "Length of Loan" row in the Variation schedule uses the Payment frequency if possible.

Previously the length may have been shown in weeks, even though the Payment frequency was fortnightly.
