Scripting; UserInterface.CommonDialog; GetInput, GetInputComboBox and GetInputComboTextBox Forms improved

The GetInput, GetInputComboBox, and GetInputComboTextBox Common Dialog Forms have been enhanced to limit their default width when a MaxLength of the text is a large value.

It is recommended that existing Scripts using these Common Dialog Forms are reviewed to ensure they meet the above criteria.
