Task Manager 2; Logs; Optional grid columns added for "Delegated Role" and "Delegated To" as per other Logs grids

The following, optional, columns have been added to the Task Manager 2, Logs grid, to bring it in line with other Logs grids such as the one on the Clients form:

• Delegated Role
• Delegated To

Previously, this grid only had a "Delegated" column which displayed the Delegated User.
