Tooltip corrected in finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration, General, Multi-Factor

The tooltip found here: finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration, General, Multi-Factor, Issuer for Authenticator Apps read incorrectly. It has been updated to:

This is displayed in Authenticator Apps and, in conjunction with the User Id, helps Users identify the database they are signing into and which User they are logging in as.

Note: This section is only displayed if the Multi-Factor Authentication option Method is set to Authenticator App.
