Task Manager 2; Task Groups with a "Target Platform" of anything other than "Any" were not displaying

In Task Manager 2, the "Target Platform" which can be defined per Task Group is not applicable. This is a historical setting, only used in the finPOWER Connect Cloud Tasks View which has been superseded by the Task Manager.

However, any Task Groups that had a "Target Platform" or anything other than "Any" were being omitted from the Task Manager folders view.
