When replying to a Client Log via SMS, the Client's Phone Number is not defaulted

When sending an SMS from the Client form (Communication, Send SMS), the Phone Number is automatically defaulted from the Client.

However, when viewing a Client Log and replying via SMS, the Phone Number was blank.

This behaviour differed from finPOWER Connect Cloud wizard (the "Send SMS Message" HTML Widget) where the Phone Number would default under both conditions.

The SMS Message form in finPOWER Connect has been updated to match the HTML Widget and default the Phone Number where possible.
